Return & Exchange Policy:
- Return & Exchange within 14 days from receiving your order.
- Whether you wish to return or exchange a product, it must be sent back in its original condition: unused, with all tags attached. Products that are used or damaged will not be eligible for exchange or a refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Shipment fees are fully covered by the customer in case of returning or exchanging a product.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- If your requested replacement isn`t available: You can choose another item or receive a full refund.
Shipping Policy:
- Safi delivers all over Egypt.
- Delivery to Cairo & Giza takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery to other governorates takes 7 business days.
- To protect Safi products from damage in transit, orders cannot be opened by the courier or at delivery. If you receive a wrong or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
